Create external project participants to work together on the success of the project and exchange information.
To be able to create partners, you must be defined as an internal
employee (administrator or user).

Click Path:
- Workspace Company > Contacts > Collaborators > "+ New"
- Fill in all information about the company and create it. You can create a partner either as an stakeholder or as a supplier. Contacts from stakeholders may also be included in the "Project Management" project group - in contrast to the supplier - and import existing templates into an existing project. For an exact differentiation of the individual user rights, please have a look at the user concept.
- Then select the company you have created, click on Essentials in the navigation bar and then on the "Users" tab. There you can create and manage the contacts of your collaborator. Here you can also import contacts in .vcf format (Outlook e.g.). Make sure that all mandatory fields are filled in for the contact to be imported (first and last name, email address, telephone number). Only one .vcf file can be uploaded per upload.
- Important: Do not forget to invite the contacts after the creation! To do this, click on the three dots next to the contact and select Invite.
Delete contact
- In order to be able to delete a created contact, mark the respective company of the contact and call up "Essentials" in the right navigation bar. Now select the created contact under Collaborator Contacts. You can now delete the contact under "...".
