With the PlanToBuild user concept you can work together with internal colleagues as well as with external project participants on the success of the project. As project manager, you simply release only the information that is relevant to the recipient.
To adapt the user concept to your company structure
you must be an administrator in your company.

- In general, a differentiation is made between internal employees and external partners. The internal employees can be created either as administrator or as user. The external partners can be created either as project participants or as suppliers. All user groups have different permissions. The permissions are as follows:

- Important: no person has automatic access to all created projects. Only contacts in the project teams can access the project or parts of the project, provided that access rights are respected. However, by defining a contact in a project team in the templates, standards can be defined if required (see Templates Teams).
