Under Teams you can get an overview of your project teams and the assigned project members. You can also modify your team structure by renaming, deleting or adding new teams. Here you also assign project access for your contacts by dragging contacts into the team structure.
To be able to edit the team structure, you have to be a member of
the project team "Project management".
