Adapted to your printers: Create templates to print the QR codes of elements from the element management according to your requirements.
To create new templates, you must be created as an administrator
in your company. Normal users can make changes to existing
templates. External collaborators have no access to the templates.

Click Path:
- Workspace Company > Setup > Templates > QR Prints
- To create a new template, click on "+New"
- Settings:
- Page tab:
- Page settings: Choose between standard or label printer and from predefined page and label formats. Alternatively, you can also customize the label formats.
- Label settings: Make custom changes to the label size.
- Border: Specify where a border should be shown.
- Label tab:
- Make all settings for the information to be shown on the label. This includes the QR code, company logo, project name, system subtype and element name. These can be shown or hidden, and can be adjusted in position, size and appearance. Please note: Changes to the parameters such as size and position also affect the other information
- Page tab:
- Use the preview on the right side to track changes made.
- Important: To save all changes, you must click Save on the Template tab. Otherwise your changes will be lost!
- With this template you can print QR codes of your selected elements in the element management. To create a template for QR codes and information about elements in created batches, select the Bunk QR Prints tab in the templates.
- Tip: Create one template each for standard print and label if you need templates for both print variants.
