Create your internal employees to work together on the success of the project and to exchange information.
To create internal employees, you must be defined as
administrator.

Click Path:
- Workspace Company > Contacts > Employees > "+ New"
- Mandatory information for the creation are: First name, last name, e-mail, telephone number, user rights (administrator or user)
- Important: In order for a new contact to be sent access data to PlanToBuild, you must invite them after creation. To do this, select the employee and click on the "Invite" button in the navigation bar under Essentials.
Deactivate / delete contact
- In order to be able to deactivate / delete a created contact, mark the contact and call up "Essentials" in the right navigation bar. You can now deactivate or delete the contact under "...".
- Deactivated contacts can be reactivated at any time.
