Independent of your created users, you can also add individually definable resources to your company. These can be e.g. machines or temporary employees.
To be able to create assets, you must be an internal employee
(administrator or user).

Click Path:
- Workspace Company > Setup > Assets
- Add a new asset by clicking on "+ New".
- In addition to the required information, you should also specify the quantity, as this allows you to display entire mounting groups, for example.
- Once created, you can add the attachments in the Workspace Project under the Teams tab to the project and then in the schedule as a resource or you add assets to a specific team in the company templates.
- Access to PlanToBuild cannot be set up for assets.
