Keep your project participants up to date by quickly informing them of changes in the schedule.
To send notifications in the schedule, you must be in
the project group "Project Management".

Click path:
- Workspace planning > select project > schedules > select schedule > "notification"
- Those involved in the project receive an email notification that has been assigned to at least one activity in the schedule. If a project group is assigned to a task everybody of this group will get a notification. The same applies to members of the project management group.
- Before the notification is sent, the user has the option to add additional information to the notification, which will then be displayed in the email notification.
