Compare your snapshots with other snapshots or the current schedule to see when and why something in the project has changed from the original planning.
To be able to view and compare snapshots, you must be in the
"Project Management" group in the project.

Click Path:
- Workspace Planning > Select Project > Snapshots > Open Snapshot > Button: "Compare Snapshots"
- Select a snapshot in the left drop-down menu. By default the opened snapshot is already selected. Then select either the schedule associated with the snapshot or another snapshot in the right drop-down menu.
- There are two ways to compare the selected schedule states:
- Same Grid: Both schedule states are displayed in one window. The information about the tasks with the same ID is displayed side by side (in the grid) or one below the other (visually in the Gantt chart) so that you can see at a glance which tasks have differences. The predecessors are not shown in the Gantt chart. Information about predecessors can be found in the corresponding column in the table.
- Different Grids: Both selected states are displayed in separate windows. The display is the same as in the schedule.
- You can also display only the differences between the two states by checking the box "Show differences" when selecting the schedule states.
- Tasks that have been added to the schedule being compared are indicated by a green plus in the first column of the grid.
