Track your item status anytime, anywhere. You can choose between three status trackers: manual status, tracking and schedule tasks.
To be able to use this function, you must have booked the workspace
Element management. You must also have at least read access to
view the node properties. To be able to edit data, you must have
at least write access to have.

Click path:
- Element Management Workspace> Select Project> Building Models> Select Building Model> Model> Select Element / Group> Status Tracker
Group:
- Track your element group using the manual or tracking status.
- Manual status: Go to the Manual status tab. To be able to add a status, click on Add manual status. To edit this, you can click in the respective field and change the name / planned completion / status. You can add as many manual states as you want.
- Tracking: Under the Tracking tab, you have the option of storing checklists for tracking from the templates. To do this, click on Add checklist template. Select your checklist(s) and save your selection. To add new checklists to your project (created manually or imported into your project from the templates) go to Tracking. In order to be able to store / change a status for a checklist, please call up the stored checklist in your element by double-clicking it. You can save a separate status and date for each section.
Element:
- In addition to the manual status or tracking, you also have the option of the schedule tasks for tracking your element: If the element has been assigned to a schedule tasks, this task is displayed with name, start and end. You can then manually adjust the status. This has no effect on the scheduling process as such. The link to the elements can be created in the schedule.
