Manage all data about your system and the system subtypes in the system properties.
To be able to use this function, you must have booked the workspace
element management. You must also at least have read access to view
this data area. To be able to edit data, you must have at least
write access.

Click path:
- Element Management Workspace > Select Project > Building Models > Select Building Model > Systems
- As soon as you mark a system or a system subtype, the properties open automatically.
System:
- General: Include all relevant information under the name and description. You can also select a system type.
System subtypes:
- General: Manage all general information about your system type. The number of created elements cannot be changed as it is calculated automatically using the stored systems.
- Article: Add articles manually using "Add Article" or upload data from SchüCal using "Upload SchüCal". If you have added articles, you can save them under Excel export outside of PlanToBuild. You can remove individual entries under Delete.
- Costs: You can enter new costs under Add Costs. All costs are automatically synchronized with the element costs of the linked elements.
- Checklist templates: Under Add checklist template, you can attach the checklists you have created to your system subtype. During the assignment, you can define that you can transfer all elements with this system subtype to the checklist. To do this, move the slider under "Assign the template to all elements that are assigned to this subsystem" to yes. Your selected checklist will now be automatically attached to all elements that have this system subspecies.
- Elements: Link your system subsystem to your element. The costs stored in the system subtype and, if applicable, checklists are transferred to the linked element.
- Files: Attach important files and documents to your system type to bring all information together. To do this, click on Project files to add files from your project structure within PlanToBuild or on Upload file to upload files from your personal storage space. To delete an attached file, highlight the file and click Delete. You can download your (selected) documents under Download.
