Adjust the settings of your schedule or individual activities according to your ideas.
To be able to change the settings of a schedule or individual tasks
you have to be added in the project in the group "Project
management"

Click path:
- Workspace planning > select project > schedules > select schedule
- The schedule settings can be found under "Schedule Settings".
You can find the properties for individual tasks by right-clicking on a task and select preferences: - You can now define settings for the following points. When setting individual tasks, only the items shown in cursive can be changed:
- Name of the schedule
- description
- Start Date (Note: Schedule tasks cannot start before the Schedule Start Date)
- mode
- Schedule color (this is displayed in multi schedule management and in multi-project management)
- Process color
- Task progress color
- Title position
- Resource position
- Resource view
- EMS status
- Important: If you would like to apply the settings changed in the schedule settings to all existing activities, check the "Apply changes to existing activities" field. This function is also available for the settings of individual processes for any existing sub-processes.
- When you're done, click Save.
