Provide project members with a schedule status via link. This allows you to inform your project members quickly and easily.
To be able to share snapshots, you must be in the
"Project Management" group in the project.

Click Path:
- Workspace Planning > Select project > Snapshots > Open Snapshot > Button: "Share"
- Use the down arrow to open the optional settings for sharing:
- Password for the link to be shared
- Expiration date for the link to be shared
- Selection whether the resource views should be possible with the link or not
- Enter the names of your project members in the lower input mask and select them or enter the e-mail address of a project member who is not added to the project in PlanToBuild.
- All selected people will receive an e-mail with a link after you click on Invite.
- You can also copy the link to your clipboard and send it via e-mail etc.
