Use the export options of the schedule to use your schedules for other purposes both inside and outside PlanToBuild.
As a member of the project team "Project Management" you can use
all export options. Members of other project teams can only select
the PDF export.
Soon you will be able to find the training video for the article here.
Click Path:
- Workspace Planning > Select Project > Schedules > Open Schedule > "Export"
- You have the following export options:
- Excel: The schedule is exported as an Excel database, so you can re-import this file into schedules in PlanToBuild.
- MS Project: Your schedule is exported as an .xml file, which you can easily import into MS Project
- Template: By clicking on Template, your schedule is saved in the company templates and can then be used as an import either with every schedule creation or in schedules. Settings such as task colors etc. are also transferred to the template.
- PDF: Export your schedule as a PDF file to save it or make it available to project members. Specify the time period to be exported and choose from other options such as file size.
- If you create a schedule in the templates, you can only use the Excel export.
