Click path:
- Workspace Element Management > Project
- To keep track of your items with checklists, you must first create a checklist manually or import it into your project from the templates. You can then link the checklist within the building model using your system subtype or directly with your element.
Import / create checklists:
- Workspace Item Management> Select Project> Tracking> Templates
- Import: Import a previously created checklist from your templates. To do this, click on Import and select the relevant checklist.
- Create: Create a new checklist by clicking "+ Create". You can now create your own checklist.
Link checklists to element via system subtype:
- Workspace Element Management> select project> building models> select building model> systems> select system> select system subtype> Tracking Templates (system properties)> Add Tracking Templates
- Attach your checklist to a specific system subtype to keep track of all items with that particular system subtype with your checklist.
To do this, go to your system subtype and add your checklist. During the assignment, you can define that you can transfer all elements with this system subtype to the checklist. To do this, move the slider under "Assign template to all elements associated to this subsystem" to yes. Your selected checklist will now be automatically attached to all elements that have this system subspecies.
Link checklists directly to element:
- Element Management Workspace > Select Project > Building Models > Select Building Model > Model > Select Element > Status Tracker > Tracking
- Attach your checklist (regardless of the system subtype) directly to your element. To do this, click on Add Tracking Template and select your checklist.
Follow-up via checklist:
- You can track your item through the checklist. Each section can be completed individually.
- To do this, double-click on your attached checklist of your element so that it opens.
Fill in your fields, possibly the date and the status. The entries are saved automatically. - If the checklist is completely fulfilled, you can complete it (hand in), i.e. it can no longer be changed afterwards. Important: A completed checklist can no longer be changed. To complete a checklist, click on Submit.
- To check that everything is filled in correctly according to the cell definition, go to Validate. If you then want to complete it, click Submit. Alternatively, you can simply close the window.
- To export you can click on PDF Export.
