Mailviewer for Outlook
Emails can now be opened and viewed in the PlanToBuild viewer. Attachments can be downloaded directly from the viewer.
The email can be downloaded via 2 ways:
- Right click on the .msg file -> Download
- In the viewer via the download icon in the upper right corner
The downloaded .msg file can then be opened in Outlook as usual.
Note: This is a viewer-only function. Emails cannot be edited and/or sent within PlanToBuild.

Super Admin role with access to all projects
As a "Super Admin" you have access to all existing projects within your company and have the same permissions as the Project Management group.
In the group overview of the projects, the "Super Admin" is not displayed.
In the Company module, select the profile of the corresponding employee and click "Edit" in the menu bar above. Then click the "Super Admin" checkbox in the profile.

Storage management for admins
As the admin, you will automatically receive an email as soon as the storage space for your company is only 50 GB.

Individual setting of capacity
The daily capacity per resource can now be set on an hourly basis, projectrelated and individually.
