Share schedules as a live link with project members and external persons that are to quickly provide information.
To be able to share schedules, they must be a member of the
"Project Management" group in the project.

Click Path:
- Workspace Planning > Schedules > Select Project > Open Schedule > "Share"
- Use the down arrow to open the optional settings for sharing:
- Password for the link to be shared
- Expiration date for the link to be shared
- Select whether the resource view should be visible to the recipient
- You can optionally add a message which will appear in the notification email that will be sent to the recipients.
- Enter the names of your project members in the lower input mask and select them or enter an e-mail address that does not belong to one of your project members.
- After you have clicked on Invite, all selected people will receive an e-mail with a link. As long as the link is valid, the selected people will always have access to the actual state of the schedule. You can decide what the recipients should see from the schedule by using filters before sharing.
- You can copy the link to your clipboard and send it yourself via e-mail or similar.
