Display only the tasks you really want to see. You can use predefined as well as custom filters.
To use filters in the schedule you only need access rights to the
schedule. Custom filters can only be created by members of the
"Project Management" team.

Click Path:
- Workspace Planning > Select Project > Schedules > Open Schedule > "Filter"
- Predefined filters:
- Completed tasks, summary tasks, milestones
- Project teams
- Assigned resources
- Elements, Comments, To Dos, Notes, Files
- Custom filters:
- Enter a name for the filter in the first line and click on "Plus". Then you can select the options you want for the filter. After you have clicked on Add, you can choose more options for your filter by selecting your filter and clicking on the "Plus" below.
- Click "More" to duplicate, edit or delete a selected filter.
