Using our file viewer you can open your uploaded files and work with them by adding comments.
You must have at least read rights to view a file in the Viewer
and work with annotations.

Click Path:
- Workspace Coordination > Select project > Files > Open file
- These file formats are supported:
- Annotations:
- On the right side you can choose from different annotations and place them over your file
- Add tasks or comments to the annotations by right-clicking on the annotation
- Edit the properties of the annotations under "Properties" and "Standard Properties
- The history and a list of annotations can be accessed in the left icon bar.
- Different versions of your file can be accessed via the left icon bar or at the top left margin. Learn here how to create versions of a file.
- Video and audio files cannot be edited with annotations
