Ask for written information about changes in costs or scheduling.
You don't need any special requirements to use this function.

Click path:
- Workspace coordination> select project> communication> RFI
- Create: Enter any general information such as title, description, person responsible or action. Click on next to attach files. To do this, click on Project files or Upload files. Finally you have an overview of the entered data.
The status of the information request is still open until the person responsible has responded. - Reply: To reply to an assigned information request, highlight it and click Reply. In the overview that is open, you have the option of answering the information request in the overview on the left. Enter all information such as description or status and click on send.
- Under "..." you can adapt and export your overview.
